Our dog training speciality is a comprehensive three week board and train program. Your dog will stay with us, on our private 30 acre property, for the duration of the program. We set a solid on and off-leash obedience foundation geared toward ensuring clear communication between you and your dog at home as well as in public. We teach sit, down, come, heel, place and kennel. We can address common behavioral issues such as pulling on the leash, barking/lunging at other dogs or people on walks, jumping up, etc. We include a leash, place bed, e collar, long line and, most importantly, extensive coaching at the completion of the three weeks. We offer lifetime support to all of our clients and love getting updates!
Our 1-week Board & Train program focuses on foundational essentials. During this immersive week, your dog will learn key skills such as sit, coming when called, polite leash walking, and becoming comfortable in a kennel. By the end of the week, your dog will have a solid start on these core behaviors, helping set the stage for continued training and good manners at home.
Our 2-week Board & Train program builds beyond the basics with a more complete obedience foundation. Your dog will work on sit, down, coming when called, formal heel work, place, and kennel training while developing better focus, structure, and responsiveness. The additional training time allows these skills to become more consistent and reliable in a variety of everyday situations.
Our 3-week Board & Train program provides advanced obedience training with an increased focus on reliability both on and off leash. Your dog will work on sit, down, coming when called, heel, place, and kennel training while practicing these skills around greater distractions and in more challenging environments. Off-leash training may be introduced when appropriate based on the individual dog’s behavior, temperament, and progress. Dogs with certain behavioral concerns may remain on leash, and off-leash reliability is only guaranteed when explicitly stated by the trainer.
Our Puppy Train & Raise program gives young dogs an early foundation for good behavior and continued training as they mature. Puppies will work on age-appropriate skills including sit, coming when called, place, kennel training, and assistance with potty training. The program also focuses on establishing healthy routines, boundaries, confidence, and appropriate everyday behaviors. Because every puppy develops differently, training expectations and progress will vary based on age, temperament, genetics, and individual maturity.
